IP Statement on ASTRA™ Suspended Tiedown System Information
Technical, engineering, manufacturing and commercial information relating to the ASTRA™ Suspended Tiedown System and Suspended Tiedown Bracket (STB™) components (the “Technology”), including the information identified below, is proprietary and constitutes intellectual property of the Owner.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Patent applications, international patent filings and associated documentation filed through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and relevant national patent offices.
- Technical drawings, engineering specifications, design documentation and associated technical information relating to the Technology.
- Bills of materials (BOM), manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
- Prototypes, production samples, test data and validation results.
- Product performance data.
- Installation and integration specifications and guidelines.
- Trade marks, logos, branding and associated brand assets.
- Commercial strategies, pricing models, and licensing structures.
Patent Status
The ASTRA Suspended Tiedown System and Suspended Tiedown Bracket (STB) components are the subject of published patent applications.
Publication of patent applications does not grant permission to use, manufacture, distribute, commercialise, or otherwise exploit the Technology. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.
Confidentiality & Use Restrictions
Any disclosure of technical or engineering information is provided:
- Strictly for evaluation purposes only.
- Subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), where applicable.
- Without transfer of ownership, licence or manufacturing rights.
- On the condition that no reverse engineering, replication or derivative works are undertaken.
No rights are granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise except under a formally executed written agreement signed by the Owner.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights relating to the Technology, including patents, patent applications, trade marks, logos, branding, associated brand assets, trade secrets, know-how and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of the Owner unless expressly assigned in writing.
