ASTRA Terms of Service
Effective Date: 15 June 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASTRA website located at astrasts.com ("Website"). By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, technical descriptions, logos, branding and design concepts is the proprietary intellectual property of the Owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing on this Website constitutes a grant of licence, assignment of rights or permission to use any intellectual property of ASTRA except under a formally executed written agreement signed by the Owner.
Patent applications relating to the ASTRA Suspended Tiedown System are pending. Publication of this Website and its content does not grant any rights to use, manufacture, distribute or commercialise the Technology.
Basis of Technical Claims
Technical and commercial statements made on this Website, including statements regarding the limitations of conventional rail and cleat cargo restraint systems, are based on the Owner's direct experience, evaluation and testing of standard factory-fitted rail and cleat systems installed in pickup truck cargo bays. These statements represent the Owner's assessment at the time of publication and are made in good faith.
ASTRA does not warrant that conventional rail and cleat systems are incapable of restraining low-height cargo in all circumstances or configurations. The ASTRA Suspended Tiedown System was developed to address limitations observed by the Owner in standard factory-fitted installations. Visitors should conduct their own evaluation of cargo restraint requirements for their specific application.

Technical and commercial information presented on this Website is provided for evaluation purposes only. Any further disclosure of technical information by ASTRA to prospective partners will be subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the terms of our Intellectual Property Statement.
